A Working Event, Not a Sit-and-Listen Conference
There will be teaching, strategy, discussion, and guidance throughout the event, but you will not spend the entire day sitting in a chair listening to speaker after speaker. You will have time to think, write, make decisions, ask questions, and work through the areas of your business that need your attention.
That is also why attendance will be limited. This experience works best when the room is small enough for meaningful conversation, real interaction, and actual working time. We are not trying to fill a ballroom. We are creating a room of business owners who are willing to spend one focused day getting clearer about what they are building.
What the Day Will Look Like
Morning — The Foundation
We begin by establishing the foundation of your Sourcefile and working through your business identity, direction, audience, positioning, offers, and revenue model. These are the decisions that influence almost everything else you build, so we give them the attention they deserve.
Afternoon — Strategy Into Experience
After lunch, we move into the parts of the business that turn strategy into experience: your brand, marketing, sales, client journey, systems, operations, and growth plans. The final portion focuses on bringing those pieces together so you leave with a stronger picture of the business as a whole.
The exact agenda and venue schedule will be provided to registered attendees once event details are finalized.
The Event Doesn't End When the Working Session Does
We will close the day with a networking dinner for Sourcefile Live attendees, giving everyone a chance to continue the conversations that began during the day in a more relaxed setting.
This is not meant to be a formal networking exercise or a room full of forced introductions. By the time we sit down for dinner, you will already have spent the day alongside other business owners talking about real ideas, real challenges, real decisions, and real growth.
You may meet someone you want to collaborate with, find a resource you did not know you needed, talk through an idea with another founder, or simply enjoy being around people who understand what it takes to build a business.
