Heidi Totten and Lori Walker met in a business training program in 2013. They didn't set out to build a platform — they set out to fix a problem they kept running into themselves: brilliant women, stuck in tech chaos, paying for tools they barely used, and getting advice from people who'd never actually lived their lives.
Heidi is the one who walks into a networking event and leaves with 15 new friends, two collaboration ideas, and somebody's grandmother's phone number. Lori is the one who takes Heidi's wild ideas and turns them into a project plan with actual deadlines by Monday morning. They're annoying that way.
The team is mostly women. Not as a brand strategy — it just happened. When you build something for women, women show up to build it with you.
