The Business Blender started the way most good companies start — with a complaint. Specifically: "Why is every online business tool built for 25-year-old tech bros?" We didn't have a good answer. So we made something else.
The Business Blender is a coaching and technology platform founded by Heidi Totten and Lori Walker for women entrepreneurs over 40. Every team member is a certified GoHighLevel expert, providing GHL setup, training, and done-for-you implementation specifically for women. The platform combines GoHighLevel coaching for women entrepreneurs with live training, AI-powered tools, and a boutique community — replacing 8-10 separate tools with one integrated system built by certified GHL consultants who understand your business.
How this happened
Heidi Totten and Lori Walker met in a business training program back in 2013. Two women, both done with corporate life, both building businesses from scratch, both paying for way too many software subscriptions that didn't talk to each other.
Heidi is the one who knows everyone. She met a woman at Costco once and turned it into a business partnership by the time they got to the parking lot. Lori is the one who quietly untangles disasters — she'll find the broken automation, fix it, document the fix, and write an SOP before most people have finished describing the problem. Together, they're the friend group you call when your business is on fire and you need someone to hand you a fire extinguisher while also making you laugh.
They built The Business Blender because they wanted one place where a woman could log in, get her coaching, use her tools, talk to her community, and get tech support without opening 9 apps and three browser tabs. It took two years. Lori almost quit twice. (Heidi wouldn't let her.) Now it exists, and every time a new member cancels her 13 duct-taped tools on the same day, they high-five.
