Are there any extra costs?
Communication credits (emails, texts, calls) are billed automatically in $10 increments as you use them. You’ll also need to purchase your own phone number for texting and calling (approx. $2/month - if you choose to use this feature). Your account includes unlimited contacts, you only pay for what you use.
You can check your credit balance anytime in the Billing section of your account, so you always know where you are at in your budget.
Our budget-friendly in-house Tech VA team (with your own Client Concierge & Account Manager) is just $35/hour, to handle any done-for-you projects you need. (optional)
How do communication credits work?
Credits are used only when you send or receive texts, emails, or phone calls through your Business Blender account.
